The Patriots main concern with the possibility of getting Curry would be the money that a top 5 pick would demand, however, typically a ILB would come pretty cheap in comparison to other positions. I think the only situation where they would be able to get Curry would be if he had been selected by the Chiefs, and a guy who the Chiefs were high on like Maualuga, Cushing or Mathews were still on the board, then they may be able to package their top three picks or two and a player for Curry.
