The medical council introduced a new exam which is termed NEXT. It replaced the NEET-PG exam for medical students. NEXT is introduced and standardized for which all the MBBS graduates will have to appear. It aims to improve the quality of doctors in India. NEET-PG was held after the MBBS graduate completed an internship, but now NEXT will be held for the graduated to qualify for an internship. NEXT exam  is designed on a bordered concept that will be  judging the clinical aspect for the medical students. Clearing the NEXT 1 would land you an internship and clearing NEXT 2 will get you admission in PG college along with a  medical license. The new curriculum of NMC includes all the 19 subjects for the national exit MBBS test.
