As many of you know, the Patriots signed Deltha O'Neal a couple days ago.

While this may have been a great move three years ago, im not so sure now.  He is older, surely not as fast, and seems to be on the decline.

There's a reason he was behind David Jones as the 4th CB.

I don't hate the signing, in fact, I like it because its very low risk.

But I just wouldn't expect O'Neal to be back in 2005 form, or anywhere close to that.
